It is a sunny, breezy day in Margaritaville. I just got up from a nap and my companions are outside building a fog collector to provide water for mountain towns here in Margarita. I found blogger from a friend here and spontaneously decided that I would start a site . . . so here it goes.
We have adopted a dog from the dirty streets of my little town here, Boca de Río. The little guy was digging through the garbage just around the corner from us and we spontaneously decided to entice him to follow us home. He was filled with ticks, almost 20 in each ear, more in between the paws. He most likely has worms and other parasites and his fur is patchy from the skin disease. But we love him and and are determined to make him the Cotorerro (the guarder of the Cotorra) and bring him out to the field with us when the parrot´s breeding season starts.
