gratitude for the diversity of experiences I am able to mesh into one day:
- morning chat with dad about the news and him encouraging me to leave the US
- formal science meeting regarding CA's largest habitat conservation plan where I gave a 5 minute presentation
- lunch with folks working in habitat acquisition and mitigation
- a trail run in idyllwild
- a solo hike during the magic dusk hour
- a one pot wonder dinner made on a whisperlite on a rock under an oak tree
- a deep sleep under a half moon and stars next to my sweetie
